z-index doesen't work

Hi. I am trying to setup z-index on submenu but doesen't work, menu all the time is behind the elements. Domain: pdh.sgks.pl. And allso in attached.

Hi,

Try to set z-index to the whole header and also set header position to relative. If that does not help, provide an access to the site back end so we could review the settings.
