Best way to translate WordPress theme

Hi,

What is the best way to translate a WordPress theme created with Themler? I've created a website in Dutch and I need a English translation.

It would be nice to have the Dutch language on www.site.com/nl and the English one on www.site.com/en

You can use WP plug-ins for that. I have seen many users using WPML plug-in for multilingual sites.
