Good night from Catalonia.

I bought an artisteer&Themler license on 2016 novembrer 18th. I didn't activate Themler license then and today I want make it. When I use this serial it shows "license is expired".
It correct? Do I have to get a new license if I didn't activate it until today ?

Hi,

Unfortunately the free Themler subscription can be received when you have active Artisteer license only. Currently your Artisteer license has expired. That's why you see this message and cannot receive Themler subscription for free. But we offer discounts for Artisteer customers with expired licenses.
