Billionphotos and WordPress themes

Hi,

we create WordPress themes and sell them on our own website, not on other marketplaces like T..Fore... I would like to know if we can use the images from billionphotos for the demo website to show the look and feel of the theme. We don't want to offer the images for download or as a part of the theme, only in the WordPress content. The images are visible only in our demo website...

Such use is restricted as mentioned in "License agreement" - it is restricted to:

Use BillionDigital Images in a manner that competes with
BillionDigital's business. This includes, but is not limited to
displaying Images in any format (including thumbnails) for download on
a website, offering BillionDigital Images for sale, or incorporating
BillionDigital Images in templates of any nature, including templates
for websites,
