Hello,
since I don't want to renew the subscription I am wondering what happens with active Themler websites.
Will it affect these sites or will they stay live untouched ?
Thank you and best regards
Beat

Hi,
After the subscription expires you can still use Themler. But note, that you wont be able to update to the latest versions. But saving and editing will be available for you as usual.
Sincerely,
Hella
You are welcome. Let us know if you have any other questions.
Sincerely,
Hella
Hi
Is it also possible to publish changes on an existing website, if I don't renew?

Yes, you may do this as long as you don't update the theme to a newer Themler version.

Actually it's not true. There is some old Themler versions that can't be opened without updating. And there is old versions than not work with last PHP and with last CMS version. I have old Themler theme and I can't open it, support told me, that I need to update it (i.e renew subscription to do it) to open it. So to open old Themler theme I need to buy 1 year subscription for product that not developed anymore? Maybe it's honest to give lifetime subscription to all existing Themler users?

We see your point. There used to be some very old Themler version that needed an update. Possibly that was the case with your theme. From the other hand, it is generally expected that old Themler versions cannot include support for any possible future CMS, PHP and eCommerce plugins' versions. And this is the point, support for those is added into new Themler updates, and it is up to you whether to update for example, CMS and possibly to have to update also Themler to support it, or stay with the previous version of both. However the theme should work with the same Themler version in the same environment it worked initially. Sometimes a manual fix for such cases is possible, but not always.
Sincerely,
Nettie
The software appears abandoned. No update in a year. Will our sites fail to publish if you suddenly turn off the servers? I notice you are still selling this software.

They contain several bug fixes and compatibility with latest Joomla + Virtuemart, Wordpress + WooCommerce. We still support Themler so your current sites won't go down.
