menu 404 errors

Hi,

I have a problem with the menu.
I click on menu items, Error 404!
I installed the new thlemler program!
I made new template!
I installed new Joomla!
I cleaned browser!
All new and not good!
I have already tried everything, does not work!

The issue happens inside the application? It looks just fine on the provided site, all links are accessible.
