Hi.

I have an active account with Themler, but when I try to create a new template using the Mac App, when I click the Save button. I am told my licence has expired, when it was renewed in March?

Please attach a screen shot of the error message. Also check that you are logged in while saving.

Screen shot attached. I am logged in and can see my previous created designs, but the account says Sales33 but my account is sales66

It is working now. Logged out, then back in again and all fine?

Hi,

Maybe you have logged in with another account some time ago. Try to clear the saved passwords for the Themler site and then log in again.
