As I see, you have the expired Themler Pro subscription and you can still use Themler without updating the theme to the latest versions. The same is for Artisteer, you can use it with your license key.

Unfortunately we cannot find any Artisteer licenses with your current email. Have you used any other email for it? Please specify possible emails and the full name used for Artisteer order. Also please note that in case you would like to use the license for Themler discount, you have Themler upgrade discount in any case - it is half price of the initial subscription price.
