Having a rollover on a widget area ?

Hello,

i have a multi-language web site made with Themler in wordpress. I created some buttons for the home page and was wondering if its possible to have a rollover effect apply on them like a regular button in Themler? I use widgets for this because the language have to change between versions so i can't use regular Themler buttons with rollovers.
