Themler PC export theme

Themler desktop application is an editor that is run on the localhost server as Themler should be used on some site. So when you install the desktop version, the sample site is installed on the localhost and then the application is working with that site. That's why the content is the same for all your themes. The desktop application was initially meant to be used for designing the themes and not working with the site content. You can remove the site installation from the application when you finish the project and that will remove all the content and themes, then on the next application run the new site will be created with the blank theme and blank content so you can start new project from scratch.

The point is that when I start working with themler on the server it works normally at first and then it starts to walk very slowly and it's annoying

There a lot of possible reasons for the slow response of the application. It may be some third-party plug-ins on the site, browser extensions, anti virus applications, slow internet connection. Please check if something from this list helps. And BTW, I do not see any huge logs from your account.
