Hi,

In your price table, you mentioned 'Free Updates One Year'. I want to know how much shall I pay after one year?

Thanks.

Hi Behzad,

We plan the following upgrade pricing for any new version you may want to obtain after one year passes:
PERSONAL: $24.95
BUSINESS: $59.95
E-COMMERCE: $79.95
PRO: $99.95

That pricing is subject to minor adjustments,

And just to clarify for future reference:
Themler is a one time software purchase that includes one year of free upgrades. Please note that this is not a subscription, but we simply don't want to nickel-and-dime customers with every upgrade. We remember paying for products and then finding that a new upgrade is available couple months later at an extra cost. In case of Themler we offer free upgrades for a year as a way to assure you that you will not be charged for another upgrade a month after your purchase. In fact, you can use Themler for years without purchasing upgrades. However, after a year of your use of the product, we feel it's fair to charge an upgrade fee for any new/additional upgrades and our continual support, research and working on new versions and products.

So for example, I buy business plan for $129 then after one year I must pay $59.95 for upgrading, Right?

If yes, then please let me know this price ($59.95) will pay for how much time? one year or more?

Thanks.

Hello,

The upgrade cost is for one year. After a year you still can use Themler but new upgrades are not available.

Best regards,

HI,

I'm coming up to the expiry for updates and I assume support.

Will the link come up automatically for me to upgrade?

Thanks,

Chris.

Hi,

No, there is no notification about the subscription expiry. You can notice it when the subscription expires and then the new update comes out. When trying to update you will see that the subscription is required.

Sincerely,
Hella
