I'm getting 404 and pages are not found in HTML5 template

Hello,

I've re-download Themler desktop WIN version again, and done a cleans install. It loads my HTML5 template as it should. But as soon I'm start to browse through pages, I'm getting 404 error. And then even the home page is missing.

Any idea?

Please assist.

SOLVED

Update.

The problem seems to be related to a live chat script code snippet which will cause that error. But only if the chat operator is logged to the server. Very strange.
