Hello,

Looks like there is something on server or in CMS that prevents connecting with Themler. It can be some server firewall or plugin.
Also, please make sure that the user and group running on the web server are granted the appropriate read, write and execute (linux only) permissions on the following folders, as well as read and write permission on the files in these folders:

\wp-content\uploads
\wp-content\themes
\wp-content\plugins

Additionally, please try temporarily disabling antivirus, firewall and other similar third-party applications on your computer as well as browser add-ons. Please let us know the result.

Sincerely,
Nettie,
