Themler Mac unresponsive

Hello..

I have a macbook pro (newest model) and Themler will not stay running. It hangs and freezes constantly. Just trying to add segments will cause the app to become non-responsive. Any ideas?

Hello,

Please try temporarily disabling antivirus, firewall and other third-party applications as well as add-ons for Safari browser. Is there any difference?

I don't have any anti-virus or firewall running on my mac.. just the default mac apps and setup, nothing additional. No add-ons in safari either.. what I did try is to just load the default template directly onto my temp server on-line on a fresh wordpress install and then just edit on the live site and page.. that seems to work just fine.. not sure what the difference is technically?? I know that the app creates a temp server environment on my pc which seems to be causing the issue.. anyway.. I'm finding more and more hiccups trying to work around some of the design elements. I guess time with the product will be the key..

on another note, I did not get my artisteer license when I got themler.. can you get that to me?

Hi Rick,

Relating the initial issue with Themler for Mac. Please try completely uninstalling Themler and also remove Themler folder from the Mac library. Then download and install Themler for Mac anew. Please make sure to backup all the created themes before this, if there are any.

As for Artisteer - I have answered in a different topic.
