The caption is not supported namely for Featured Image (output by Post Image control), neither in Themler themes, nor in default 2016 and 2017 Wordpress themes.
However it is possible to add an image in post content and add a caption for it. In Wordpress under the post text editing area there is the Add media button. Click on it to add the image, and there will be a caption field. This caption will be displayed in Themler themes.
By the way, on the website displayed on your screenshot there is also not a featured image, but a regular image added in post content.
