Sections do not respond well on any size but desktop view

How can I fix this please? Sections do not respond well on any size but desktop view, my images the green icons and the various sections of the home page especially the menu/logo/text do not fold well lol.

Green icons

They are big because you specified the 75% width for these icons in Phone mode.

Menu, logo and text
