Good afternoon,

I want to add a Facebook and Twitter feed to my themes (wordpress). I know how to do it in wordpress using shortcakes, but when I add the short code to the theme, it says "Facebook feed not available", or something similar.

Can you please tell me if there is a specific wordpress plugin I need to use to be compatible with Themler.

Please let us know exactly what plugin you're using for this and where you're trying to insert FB feed. We'll test this plugin on our side.

Hi Olivia - the Facebook plug-in that i'm trying to use is https://wordpress.org/plugins/facebook-feed/

I am quite new to Themler so I'm maybe doing something wrong? I am adding a container then inserting the 'short code' from the insert [more] menu. Is this the right way to do it?

Hi,

I've installed this plugin on my side and tested it with default WP theme (2017). It displays:
Cannot Display Feed Pls check if the Facebook page exists or not.
if a enter shortcode into the WP page content.
I tried a few FB feeds. Did you test this plugin on the website you're working at this time with 2017 theme?
