How can I renew our subscription (ends 04 august 2018) at the right price ?
We would like to place the payment today

But I'm not sure about active subscription.

The price indicated is the "normal" one at 199$ but a renew should be at 99$...
Even if you press the renew button and your subscription is still active, the price remains at 199$...

Reason why I am posting this query....

Hello,

When your current subscription ends, there will be reduced prices when you click on Upgrade. Let us know if for some particular reason you would prefer to upgrade earlier. Please note also that the new subscription year will be counted from the moment you upgrade.

Hi Nettie,

How many times after subscription end is the upgrade price (99$) valid?
Why would I renew before current subscription end ? Just because I am not in the office on 4 August this year. And My CEO (credit card holder) is on Holiday until end of August... How could I work without a subscription the third week of august?

New subscription year has been added to the end of the actual subscription, last time I placed a renewal... All Joomla editors do so, don't you ?

Suggestion : You should implement an "any time" renewal possibility, the new year just appends to the end of the actual one (I mean all other Joomla editor I use, do so - Regular labs, akkeba, Jevents, etc.). That's so much more convenient for the customer. He can renew at any time...

In my case I have to renew my Pro license before actual subscription end, but I would not loose the remaining actual subscription days.
Please make me a proposal this way.

I see what you mean. Currently our upgrade policy is as following: you may use discount for the subscription each time you upgrade. More over, you may use the possibility to upgrade with discount in any time after the actual subscription ends. Also, when your subscription ends you may still work at your themes and save but not uprgade them. Consider as a possible solution to upgrade after your current subscription expires but as soon as it is convenient for you. And in a short period meanwhile to work on the current themes without updating. In this case the year will be still counted from the moment of upgrade but it will be later.
If you would still prefer to proceed an upgrade earlier, let us know and we will make a custom upgrade order for you.
