I have a question about making mobile version of site. Is it possible to edit mobile version without changing anthing on computer version?

Themler does not create a separate mobile template. You can switch into the responsive modes and set the different colors, font sizes, positions and add specific controls using the Display on option to disable them on other responsive views.

When you are in any mode, you can right-click on any section to call the menu -> select More Options and there on the right panel you would see Display On options:
You can use this option to add sections with different styles (and content) for each view.

It is totally possible, on the contrary it doesn't matter. Both have different templates. Use the add section option and select your preferred styles.
