Hi,
What do you see when you click on Joomla icon in the Themler startup window? Does the issue happen with other CMS? What did you do with Themler Desktop application or system after the last successful launch (new antivirus, system updates, new Desktop installation or so)?
I suggest that you try disabling antivirus and reinstalling Themler Desktop application. Please reinstall it WITHOUT removing CMS content in order to keep the themes.
