Unfortunately this is not possible.
Artisteer is using its own framework. Themler is using bootstrap framework. You can't convert Artisteer project to Themler theme.

Please make sure that you have installed the exact version mentioned in the article below:

There should be the Themler option in the Export window. If it is not there, then please provide a screen shot of the Export window and the About window so we could see the exact version number you are using.
