Hello Jacky,
1) To change the color of the link in Footer, click on any link in Themler, right-click on it (or on the genral column it is in), select More Options -> in the opened right panel go to A (text) section, select LINK and change the style:
2) HOME is, I assume, page title, but your page is currently empty so it shows only the title.
