Grid for Blog & Pages

Hello - I'm struggling with a WordPress site setup. For the BLOG section of the site, I would like for it to have a grid option with columns. This I can do with no problem. But when I set the grid in the posts section, it ALSO adjusts the width of all my other REGULAR pages as well in the site to the same width as a single column from the grid on blogs.

Is this a known issue? I've tried creating a new PAGE and a new CUSTOM TEMPLATE and neither of them can be applied to a page without affecting ALL pages - and I saw a post somewhere about changing the template for BLOG, but there is no option to do that in WordPress from what I can see.

Hi,

When you edit the Posts control on your Blog template, please press the Customize template styles option in the top ribbon (in the Posts control options). Then that Posts control will be edited separately from the other templates and should be affecting the Blog template only.

Hi there,
playing and exploring new styles, I have seen the GRID icon, but I don't remember exactly where, and from which menu and under what template (home, page, blog, post) is possible to make use of it.

I want to re-design all my site by creating Containers for all Pages, Posts, Home, Blog, etc. into which accommodate text and images according to Oleg's Guidelines recently received. That is why I need the GRID icon... Please Help!
