Error in Shortcode CSS - BillionAnswers

Hi,

Could you please provide the screenshot that demonstrates exactly where you're trying to insert the shortcode? All CSS fields are for CSS code only. Exactly where you want to insert this shortcode (content or widget)? In general, for Shortcodes there is Shortcodes control located under the Insert tab >> More.

At the moment I inserted the widget and added shortcode as a text. When I inserted Shortcode and added shortcode into shortcode CSS (as I'm not sure where else should I put shortcode, I got the error from the picture.

Here is the link to the side http://unhappy-music.net/

Player is inserted through the widget instead of Shortcode layer. ( but it intend to be on the same place.

Hello Alex,

CSS Insert wouldn't accept shortcode you ahve added, this is normal behavior.
If you don't see "Insert Shortcode" control under Insert -> More, then add showrcodes either inside Text field or inside HTML control.

Thanks for this answer. I inserted Shortcode layer through Insert Shorcode inside the container, but can't insert code inside, the only way is to open Shortcode Css and put there my shortcode. I'm doing probably something wrong, but can't find my way out.

and in the meantime I run on some other problem. On my other pages, all except main, I deleted this page layer and now I can't add content on those pages, as my Page template doesn't have this green Page area at the right and don't know how to get it back. I try to make new Custom template, but when I apply it to the page it doesn't show content on that page.....
Please help. :-)

It looks like the error might be due to incorrect placement or formatting of the shortcode. Try the following steps to fix it:

Check Theme/Plugin Compatibility – Ensure that the Sonaar Audioplayer plugin is installed and activated. Some themes or plugins might not support this shortcode.
Use a Custom CSS Wrapper – If you’re adding the shortcode inside a CSS window, it may not be parsed correctly. Try adding it in a Text or Shortcode block instead.
