Dear Themler / Artisteer,

I've been an Artisteer user for many years (purchased several full licenses) and after such a long time of inactivity it was very nice to read Themler is here to replace Artisteer. I still have an active license but I just found out that for me it's useless because I still need to buy a Drupal license. I only work with Drupal so all the other CMS options are of no value to me.

I really would appreciate Themler to re-think this strategy because from the email and website announcement it appears that Artisteer users can switch to Themler as long as they have a valid license. But that doesn't apply to the Drupal community. I'm sorry to say I'm very disappointed after all the excitement of how wonderful Themler looks... from a distance.

Please consider providing access to Themler for paying Artisteer customers who use Drupal.

I would echo Oscar's comments. I have lived with and paid to update Artisteer despite little development but then when the new tool (Themler) comes along I find I am expected to pay again so I can use it with Drupal, unlike Joomla and Wordpress users.

Not good customer service to treat one set of customers differently because of internal decision/ strategies.

Hi,

We are sorry to hear that. But the Drupal plug-in for Themler was created by the external developer and that's why we can not include it in the Themler package.

I have the same problem for Drupal which in addition and contrary to what that say developers who are in denial, does not work.
More and not just for Drupal, but Joomla also, it takes a time of many higher (factor 6 at least comparison with Artisteer) to generate a template and in the end Themler offers infinately less possibility of adjustments.
The result is longer to get to a result not genuine exploitable professionally

If you have any exact issues with the application, please feel free to create the separate topic, we would be glad to help you. If the design process itself is complicated, we also would like to explain how better to use the advantages of the application.

Actually Themler provides much more possibilities than Artisteer. The only missing thing is a content editor, but we are working on this feature, please follow the updates on the forums for the news.

I have but without answer for Drupal; for the design i explore under Joomla ... no others possibilities.
the problem is that most part of my site are under Drupal..

I just bought Themler for personal use nd I try to export my test theme fot Drupal.. Why it says that Drupal license is aquiored?

What that means and where I get that license to get Themler working with Drupal 7 and / or Drupal 8?

Yeah I just bought that Themler personal licence and waiting for that licence too. Hmmm when I get that Temler personal licence btw? :)

Does it mean that I have buy another license that Drupal 6.x, 7.x Themes from there?

Hi,

Your personal subscription is being processed, maybe some issues with the bank transfer. If that transfer is not completed in several days, we'll investigate the issue further.
And yes, in addition to the personal subscription you need to purchase that Drupal subscription to work with Drupal 7 and 8.
