I have question about Insert - Image + Text,
how should I set the text next to the image so that the text is centered next the image and not on the line.

Hello Rafal,

When you add Image+Text there are two fields next to the image: Header and Content line.
You must have added the text only to Header line. Try using Content line instead, it is centered:
