Please find the picture attached as an explanation.

"Beitragsblog" is the name of the menu entry. I don't wan't it!
"Hifi-Profis - Kein Geschäft wie jedes andere!" is the title of that category. Thats what I want.
"Techniker/in für den Bereich Hifi" in the related article below is ok!

If I try to remove the header, it will also remove the title of both.

You have another problem there. It is something Themler do on default, dont know why.
Go to the Post header More options and set line-height the same for both Text and Link, rmove all other options from Paragraph. And set font-size, font-weight same for both.

it will remove this unnatural spacing and give you again perfect control with padding and margin for Post header.

But still, maybe you already dit it. Difficult to say from image. I write it for other people, just to be aware of this.

Thanks for the quick reply. I did all changes you suggested.
But the main problem is still there. I cant remove the Menu-Title without killing my Article Title for all articles below the category description.

Hello Jens,
you may try to suppress the Title output under Blog Menu item Options. Or suppress article title output for certain articles.
I cannot provide more precise suggestion as I do no see the blog layout you're using.
If you cannot handle with it you may provide access to Joomla admin back end so we could log in and check the settings.

Regards,
Aileen
