Update to Joomla 3.9 (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php7.1')

Hello,

I have updated to 3.9. The Themler Onlie version can not be opened afterwards.

Error:
Fatal error: require_once (): Failed opening required '/homepages/34/d41418126/htdocs/../../administrator/includes/toolbar.php' (include_path = '.: / Usr / lib / php7.1') in /homepages/34/d41418126/htdocs/../../templates/tsk-sachsen/app/index.php on line 25

Could you please help me?

Hi, You can fix the issue for now by copying a toolbar.php file from a Joomla 3.8.13 installation into the ./administrator/includes/ folder.
After doing this you should be able to edit you themler template again.

Since Sibren already fixed it .... it will be ok for the developpers....

We're preparing the update with the fix for this issue. It will be available ASAP.
In addition to this, we'll provide an instruction on what php files should be changed in order to start Themler and update it if you already updated Joomla.
Those who have not yet installed the updated Joomla will just need to update Themler first.
