Margin will not change

I have started another question since my last one will not be answered.

I have just started designing another site for a client http://www.yourdesigns.com.au/nambourelc.com.au/ and it has the same problem as http://aidtobeautytraining.com.au/ you can move it on Themler in the laptop version but when you look on a laptop it has not changed it at all. I have tried "margin, changed the width, move horizontal. Maybe I should post this on my 80 FB accounts and see if I get some help?

This has to be a bug and a big one if you can't adjust anything that is a big problem.

I have just now updated to the latest version of Themler and the problem is still happening.

This is bad service.My other question has been waiting for a reply for 6 days https://answers.themler.io/questions/173011/what-resolution-are-in-themler The question above is the same as the link. I'm doubling up to get an answer so far all I have is support ignoring the question and answering others. If I don't get an answer in 24 hours I will be taking this poor services to my 80 social media accounts and see if people think Themlers support has good services.
