I've downloaded and installed a VM template into Joomla 3.4. I noticed not all the content and example data is installed. I would like to do this to learn how the template works and what needs to be setup where.

Is there a possibillity to donload and install the example data so my local installation is an exact copy of the live preview on Themeler?

Kind regards,
Hans

you can use the online version of Joomla that comes with the template when you work online.
Just use the button to enter the CMS
You can even install Akeeba and make backups

Hello Hans,
the online Themler version outputs the Joomla data which are used on cloud Joomla installation. You may see it if you open Joomla CMS from online Themler version.
When you download the theme it includes the design only, all dynamic content is used from Joomla. So you may install it to your local Joomla and configure different modules, menus, etc. so you'll see your local Joomla content.
The following article should be helpful
