Themler Woocommerce - Change shipping to estimated prior to Despatch

Hello All,
Stupid question re woo-commerce. I have a request to remove the shipping estimate from the grand totals (Cart page in Themler ) and put in its place text as follows "Estimated Prior To Despatch" or "we will advise prior to shipping" (see screenshots)

I have tried all I can in Themler and it may just be It cannot be done without messing with the functions.php which I want to avoid.
Anyone else have any other ideas?

Hello Leo,

I apologize for the delay.

Themler can't change this output, because theme doesn't control it.
Changes to php files seem to be the only option.

You can replace the shipping estimate text on the WooCommerce cart page without editing functions.php by using plugins like "Code Snippets" to add a filter (woocommerce_shipping_estimate_html), hiding the estimate via CSS and adding custom text, or overriding the cart/cart-shipping.php template in your theme.
