Sorry, but the question is not completely clear. I see that you have an active Business subscription. So you need to log into Themler with the same login details as on this site and the saving option should become available for you.
If you have problems installing the Desktop version, please try this one:
http://downloads.themler.com/Themler.1.0.59.39d2b-2.exe
Also try to switch off the anti virus applications when installing if the issue is in the installation process.
If the problemis different, please provide more details.
