Themler feedback and questions

Boring with so many support questions. Guess it is because Themler team sent a mail to all Artisteer Users.

Before you think it is time to ask your first support question remember this:

• Search forum, 80% of your question (not related to installation of Desktop version on Win 10) are already answered.
• You need at least 2 weeks very intense work to learn how to use Themler. It is more complicate than Artisteer and more difficult to use properly.

• Learn CSS. You will allways have problems using Themler if you dont know CSS/HTML logic.

• You cannot make good responsive theme dragging and dropping with mouse. It will look like my ass in smartphones.

So, spend some weeks working on it then come and ask questions. There is not anything like "decent layout" made for one day.

And use forum search.

Some of you simply polluted suport forum with questions just because you still dont know how to use Themler. It is your problem if you will give it some time to learn. Themler demands patience and much time.

You wont get any help for "decent layout" made for one day. It is mathematically and physically impossible.
But OK, support has to answer something because of their sales.

I wrote it more because of all other who try Themler today and rush to the forum ask questions, dont know how to use it. Well, I im very suprised they dont know how to use it.

After so many intense months I still dont know how to use it properly.

Then stop spending time on this forum, and spend time in themler ;-)

I just have two small questions, that's it.. nothing to worry about

I gave you answer. Two lines = learn CSS. Menu "way too long " = learn CSS. Or use forum search. It is not Artisteer, you need to know CSS to work with Temler.

Problem with persons like you is you miss any kind of empathy and think world spins around you. If you had empathy you wolud know these facts:

• Themler developers work as lunatics to fix all bugs and make all promised new features.
• When you ask a question one of the girls from support needs to break work of one developer and make him/her troubleshoot your problem, Bugs and new features for all Users wait.
• They can hire new coders, later is problem to kick them out because of working contract and laws.
• They can hire leasing coders, costs several times more per hour.

Dont mind, it is not about you personally.
Latest 2 days support forum went crazy from all new Users who want to make "decent layouts" for one day. And it is aimed at all of them.
Many questions are legitime, those regarding instaling and starting on Win 10. More than half are already answered on forum, or would be needed to say Users to spend more than one day on Themler, to give it time. Unrealistic expectations make a stress.

I will follow you on forum to see how you help other poor Users. So long it is 40 questions, zero help to others.

Whatever you say Stagger... I'm sure you got it all figured out

It is tehnically. Make a screenshot of your menu and logo. Do you know how to make a screenshot, or do we need to learn you do that too ?

You cannot get help when you are lazy self.

We still do not know if your menu items are like "Contact" or "Contact Melbourne School of Engineering".

Please stagger... u must be super bored... Leave this topic alone, i'll wait for themler support

I am serious, Leave a screenshot and you will get help.
There is probably 8 different ways to solve this problem. Even you as beginner have chance to stumble upon one of them by chance. Just work and test things, you have Undo button.

For my question (in my first post, that's a long scroll back up) I doubt I need screenshots...

You solved your problem. Just dont add more menu items. More letters, no space. Mathematics and physics.
Try to squeeze yourself in a shoe box.

You didn't read my first post carefully.

When i open the standard themler theme in themler desktop.. The menu has too much items of its own.. I did not add any menu item myself....

And i do mean this theme: http://templates.themler.com/Themes/Detail/1632174/Default

Click on Wordpress button on top menu and remove menu items.

If anywhere it is header you need good knowledge of CSS. Or click around and learn by your mistakes.

Just use some logic, you dont even need CSS. There is no place for all you want to squeeze on one line. Make things, fonts smaller, remove paddings, margins.

We still dont know if a search box in the same line.

That you have now is very natural, human, follows cosmic rules. And you did it.

I'm not new to artisteer/themler.

But i was talking about changing menu items in themler windows.. before export to wordpress

It is not Artisteer. There is no point doing this. Your installation will have different menu items. Open backend in Desktop version and name menu items as you wish, delete some, etc..

Well, that's a big flaw in themler ... being not able to edit text and options like that into themler
