Server Error

I am getting a server error when I go to save my work both online and in the desktop program version. I have followed the instruction from this thread: http://answers.themler.io/questions/172907/server-error and nothing is working. This software is getting more and more frustrating by the day. How else can I fix this problem? I have no need to update the program because I have no need too. Please fix it on your end or give me new instructions on my end. I am using Joomla 3.8 on my end.

Please try to clear cache and AppCache, is the issue still present after this?

I have the same problem and no updates are availalble in web Themler interface. Tried all fixes ftom this thread: https://answers.themler.io/questions/172788/how-to-fix-error-503-server-is-unavailable?page=2 but with no results. I wrote my post 6 days ago and did not get answer at all. Themler has are more and more bugs and there are more and more competing applications. Do something with this because you will lose customers. Here is the next big bug for example: https://answers.themler.io/questions/170866/shortcodes-issue-on-php-version-over-7-0 and no solution for 3 months.

I was supposed to give a lecture on Themler to the Polish Joomla User Group, but I probably will not do it because my conscience does not allow me to recommend such defective software.

Today I logged-in to the websistes with server erroe problem and updates were available I updated and now it's ok - I can save changes... Strange...

And what about the solution for shortcodes problem on php 7.1 and 7.2?
