Hi. Renewed my artisteer yearly to get discount for billion themes. Before I paid wanted to look at conditions.

HERE:

"The Content may only be used and copied for your own, non-commercial, personal or educational purposes, provided that the Content are not modified and that copyright and other intellectual property notices are not deleted. You may not create derivative works from or otherwise exploit the Content in any way."

THEN YOU SAY:
"You agree not to copy, republish, frame, link to, download, transmit, modify, adapt, create derivative works based on, rent, lease, loan, sell, assign, distribute, display, perform, license, sublicense or reverse engineer the Website or any or the Content."

Ran this by my lawyer last night during dinner. She tells me that according to your terms only thing I can do is look at site? In other words your terms are so broad that I cannot buy a theme, redo it and then sell to a client.

Why should I pay to only look?

Perhaps you have another view of your terms?

I'll try to clarify a little.
You are allowed to:
- Modify the template or the image
- Use the template and the image for personal and commercial purposes. In other words, you can sell the templates to individual clients with or without our images.

You are not allowed to:
- Copy the template to another website for download (free or not free). In other words you're not allowed to redistribute the templates.

I will run with your interpretations and keep it on file. Perhaps it would be a good idea to redo the terms so people know they can do as you state. As it reads one cannot do anything with the templates.

Also you can search with the "license" tag in the support system and there will be number of cases with the similar questions as yours that are already answered.

Your site is not very handicap friendly. Since I am legally blind it is hard to search sites such as yours. But I will consider your suggestion.
