I would like to know how to make this "Remember Me" on the sign in screen actually remember me. I am using the Desktop version and I must be removing something when restarting my computer. Is this a cookie stored in Chrome or some other file that is being removed with CCleaner on startup?

I always check the "Remember Me" option.

Thanks

Hello

Most probably CCleaner removes cookies on start up. Please try disabling it for testing and check its settings if disabling helps.

Thank you,
Olivia

I know it does, but I have excluded all the cookies I can see for your site. Can you give me the cookie to save?

I would not want to disable this program from doing it's job. I want CCleaner to remove all the cookies I don't want.

Thanks

Hi Dave,

I'm not really good familiar with this tool. But I've installed it on my side and I see all addresses: localhost, 127.0.0.1, etc.
These are Chrome cookies. Did you check the option to remove Chrome cookies?
I have an idea.
Please open http://127.0.0.1:12080/themler_2094252779/startup in Chrome, load theme and sign in.
Do you see the 127.0.0.1:12080 in the cookies list now?

Thank you,
Olivia
