Pulsating Image on front page and bouncing parralax image on scroll in IE and Edge. It is fine in chrome and firefox.

The image has only the animation to make the logo fade in/up but in internet explorer and edge browsers it has a strange effect of pulsating that I did not add and I don't want. How can I get it to stop?

Also, in these two terrible browsers that nobody should use, the scrolling kind of bounces with every notch of the mouse wheel and it is qhite jarring and off-putting. It is especially noticeable in the section with the parralax background near the bottom. Is there any way to correct this? Again it looks fine in chrome and firefox.

Anyone have a clue why this is happening? It seems like it might be cycling through the various sizes of the rsponsive design. I don't know.

How do I get support on this issue? I stopped using this product for a while and it used to take 2-3 days to get a response. At the time I thought that was a long time to get support. It has been two weeks on this question now. Am I posting in the wrong place? Are you guys pulling another Artisteer move behind the scenes? I hope not, I love this product for the most part.

I am on the verge of abandoning this software platform if this is the type of support offered. What a shame to have such great software with zero support.
