Themler Api Access and Feature

Is the any documented api's available to the public on how to extend or modify the themler system?
Areas of interest:
1) Controlling where the generated theme files(css, js etc) are placed on the deployed ftp etc environment.
2) Having the deployed code deployed to multiple locations as opposed to one location.
3) Add new deployment method - currently ftp, a new one could be via custom rest api call to a third party file system.
4) Not sure this is possible, but having a html5 theme converted to a wordpress theme and syncing changes between both specifically at a color, font and aesthetics/look and feel level.
5) Ability to some how work with angular js. Injecting angular js into the body content area of the application, with the header and footer and css (colors) controlled by themler.
