JOOMLA 3.9.2 and Themler not working any more

We have updated our site to Joomla 3.9.2 but we cannot use themler anymore.
In Extensions / Template --> we choose the default theme - we try edit the theme but we receive a big blank and no more action possible.
We are using PHP 7.1
Any fix ?

We have disables the plugins and reinstall it by the theme - we receive the message request failed 500 error
