Text Underlined Everywhere

All of my text is appearing underlined now, and I can't figure out why (I have checked the paragraph styles, etc).

I've attached screenshots of an example of text that shouldn't be underlined but is as well as where it doesn't show that it is underlined in the settings.

Please help!

You can close this case — I figured it out after testing a lot of content areas... not sure what caused it to do that originally. Thank you though!

When I post text to a section in a page/article, it is underlining and I cannot find a way to stop that from happening or fix the formatting. It happens no matter what text type I use (heading, text, etc). Please help.
