Warning: Unable to insert the following controls: "Logo, HMenu"

Dear Support-Team,

after i have pressed the button: "Suggest Homepage", the generator creates new suggestion and finaly shows following warning: Unable to insert the following controls: "Logo, HMenu"

Furthmore no logo or header contend is showed.

I have tested on Windows and Mac to create an Joomla template.
In both tries the failure coccures.

Could you please help me here?

Hello,

Please try to update the default Themler for Joomla theme to the latest Themler version and save it. Then re-open it and try to Suggest Homepage. Let us know if the issue is still present.

I do not know what you have done, but after the next launch of the program, the problem disappeared.

Unfortunately, I have a new install of themler and even after I have upgraded it, I cannot use the tools do to the same error. Any further suggestiuons?

When is it (or if?) plan on being addressed?

In addition, when I try to update a loaded legacy theme, I get a Server not responding when I update.

Hello,

Sorry but there is not time frame for this for now.
As for the theme from the library, please try the following:

  1. Open Themler Desktop
  2. Open your theme
  3. Make its copy under different (slightly) name via File -> Make a copy as
  4. Close Themler Desktop
  5. Open Themler desktop
  6. Select your CMS (Joomla in this case)
  7. Fine the copy of the theme in the list of themes there you have
  8. Open it and it should start updating, or at least should be opened with the red Update button on top available
