iframe pdf problems with header - Joomla

Hello,

if I embed a PDF with the iFrame Code in Joomla, and scroll the web page down, then the iFrame window with the PDF is above the header. In the Themler I configured the Z-Index in the header, but without success.
How can I display it under the header?

Hello Themler Support,

After two months I try it again with the question whether a solution exists for my problem. I think it's a pity that the support doesn't contact me anymore and doesn't offer a solution.
