503 error crashed my theme

Hi. I was working on the last details of my theme mobile version, and suddenly it all broke down. This is how my frontend pc version looks:

But, when I was fixed something in mobile version, this error starts showing up:

Please help me fix this for me not have to make it all over again.Thanks

Hello Lina,

If you have any securtiy plugins installed in your Wordpress orbrowser, please, disable them as well as proxy, firewall and antivirus and re-publish the theme.
If that doesn't help, try disabling all 3rd party plugins in WP.
