URGENT - Themler suddenly stopped working

I have themler installed on two sites, both Joomla/ VirtueMart.

Everything have always worked fine with themler, but now when I click edit template in Joomla backend, themler doesn’t start on either page, just loads a blank page then a pop up says “Retry?” if I click ok it pops up again, if I click cancel I get “Sorry, an error has occurred. Please clear your browser cache.”

I have tried everything on this list:
Disable CMS plugins/modules/components
Disable antivirus, firewall.
Disable browser extensions/add-ons.
HTTP/HTTPS. – both backend and front end is HTTPS
Check folder permissions.

I have also tried this :
Akeeba Admin Tools – off
JHtml::_ ( 'behavior.modal' ); // for SqueezeBox

But it still doesn’t work...

Even if I install a new blank themler template, or export a new zip template from Themler desktop version, and installs in in joomla… it is still the same…

I really need some help because I have to make changes to the sites.

I Really appreciate all help I can get.

Thank you

Thomas

Hello,

The issue in Chrome is fixed, but in order to open the website correctly the following steps are recommended:
1) Open this URL in Chrome:
chrome://appcache-internals
find your website and click on 'Remove Item'

2) Open this URL in Chrome:
chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
select 'Cached images and files ' and click on 'Clear Data' (please don't check other check-boxes).

3) Reload your Themler Editor.

Sincerely,
Nettie
