Shipping Prices not reflecting in cart total

There are various shipping prices that won't reflect in the cart total. See attached screenshot.

Wordpress version 5.0.4
WooCommerce 3.6.2
In Themler I don't see an option to update the template, so I am assuming the template is as up to date as it can be.

Cart.php version is showing 3.3.0 and is out of date. Core version is 3.5.0

Per the PHP Error logs I am seeing:
2019-05-08T03:59:31+00:00 CRITICAL syntax error, unexpected ')' in /home/######/html/wp-content/themes/########/woocommerce/cart/cart-totals-wrapper.php on line 24

Any Idea on how to resolve?

Please, update Themler to version 484 (it is a beta release, you need to have Get Beta Updates enabled in your Themler Profile.

If you have custom code in your theme or plugins, review it for any errors that might be affecting the cart totals. Every time I play space waves, I always feel hooked and don't want to stop. I usually spend a lot of time to complete each level.
