We apologize for the issue, we are working on it.

You should be able to open Themler in Firefox though. Please try to run the URL like this in a browser:
http://127.0.0.1:12080/themler_XXXXXXXXXX/startup/
The numbers instead of XXXXXXXXXX are individual and can be found at the path like C:\ProgramData\Themler\hd_data\themler_xxxxxxxxx

Hello,

The issue is fixed, but in order to open the website correctly the following steps are recommended:
1) Open this URL in Chrome:
chrome://appcache-internals
find your website and click on 'Remove Item'

2) Open this URL in Chrome:
chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
select 'Cached images and files ' and click on 'Clear Data' (please don't check other check-boxes).

3) Reload your Themler Editor.

Sincerely,
Nettie

now I take everything you write with pliers. Have you solved it? but really! you have a technical department of incompetents that's the reality. I reinstalled chrome, made the steps you indicated and continues to fail in the desktop version. What is the point in offering a desktop version based on chrome if we then have to work directly on the host with firefox? answer this. The problem of 127.0.0.1:12080 continues to present itself also cleaning the cache and images and also removing the sites from memory. Solve this problem because it is already a month that it is impossible to use the program

It is so strange... Dear Themler team, you have the answer for this problem. Why you don't know the answer?!

Dear customers, I solved my problem by
Alternative method
Close Themler.
Find and rename c:\Users\user_name\AppData\Local\Themler\ChromeData folder (e.g. "ChromeData_1").
Open Themler.

I found it here: http://answers.themler.io/articles/13879/themler-desktop-troubleshooting

Hello,

The issue should be fixed now. If it is still present in Themler for Windows, please try the following:
1) close Themler
2) open Windows Explorer and type %LocalAppData% in the address bar
3) find & rename Themler directory
4) start Themler again

Please let us know the result.

Sincerely,
Nettie
