Dear Themler Team,

I startet Themler from my desktop by using the shortcut. After choosing the cms (in my case wp), I´ve got a popup message with the text "127.0.0.1:12080 meldet: Retry?".

I`ve uninstalled Themler, delted the Themler folder in C:\Program Files (x86) and install Themler again, same problem.

In one of the awnser question, someone has the same problem and there a admin wrote, that he should test, if he can start Themler by using the browser with the URL http://127.0.0.1:12080/themler_3019086510/startup/. I test it and it works. I choose WP, and Themler open the "empty" template. Then, I start to import a template from billions, it still works, but the template was a bit broken. And then, I click on update and after this, I got the retry message again.

And now, I couldn´t use Themler, but I have to create a Wp template for a customer. What can I do?

Best regards,
Benjamin

Hello Benjamin,

Could you please try openning Themler in Firefox browser?
We are working on retry issue at the moment.

Hello,

The issue in Chrome is fixed, but in order to open the website correctly the following steps are recommended:
1) Open this URL in Chrome:
chrome://appcache-internals
find your website and click on 'Remove Item'

2) Open this URL in Chrome:
chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
select 'Cached images and files ' and click on 'Clear Data' (please don't check other check-boxes).

3) Reload your Themler Editor.

Sincerely,
Nettie

Facing same issue since more than a month.
Tried re-installation of both applications chrome & Themler, cleared cache, history, cookies. Issue still persists. Site created on mozilla based themler shows different header image alignment. Plz check attachment.

I thing, you are in the wrong post :-) You have problems with rendering your site, not with open the themler editor :-)
