Considering a migration in the future, just wondering how hard it would be?

Hello,

Sorry but it is not possible to convert a Themler theme because of the completely different theme structure in different CMS's.
You may consider oranizing controls and containers into Sections - sections can be exported as .zip and imported in a different theme in another CMS.
