It is in your localhost system (http://127.0.0.1:12080/themler_486313935/woocommerce/wp-admin/). It it not able to update the Wordpress version anymore because of the php version in your setup.

We will forward the request to update PHP version in Themler desktop to our developers. In the meanwhile it is recommended to use CMS and PHP versions that are included with Themler desktop installation. If you would like to test a theme on another CMS and PHP versions, please consider installing Themler in Wordpress on some localhost or hosted website.

PHP in Themler desktop is not updated yet. However it is supported, please feel free to install updated Themler themes in your CMS on the website or localhost with the newest PHP versions.

Themler supports the latest PHP and Woocommerce versions. We know about notifications in Woocommerce and have forwarded this to our developers, however they do not affect functionality. Support for the latest Wordpress version will be added in the near future.

Please update your local server php as soon as possible. After exporting the template on my client's server, I get an outdated woocommerce version message. Locally impossible to update because Themler has an outdated version of php. You can write that this does not reduce the functionality of the template, but my clients do not want such messages and are asking me to fix the problem. It is not recommended, to update PHP, CMS version or anything else in local Themler CMS installation. After export, you may use the theme with the latest PHP and CMS on your server or localhost.
The messages shouldn't be displayed with the latest Themler version, after you export the theme. Let us know if they do.

Пожелание передано разработчиком. Тем временем рекомендуем установить любую версию PHP и вашей CMS на локалхосте, например, xampp, и там работать над темами Themler. Дополнительным бонусом будет то, что можно создать отдельный контент для разных сайтов, а затем экспортировать его вместе с темой, чтобы уже использовать на живом сайте.
