How to insert Content area and Sidebar

Hi,

I've deleted content area and sidebar, but then decided to add them back.

Is there a way to do that?

Hi!

You can add Sidebar by Add Control -> Other -> Sidebar.

You can add content by Add Control -> Posts -> (choose suitable content).

Hello,

I deleted content and sidebars. Through the Insert menu I added Content and Sidebars. No content is showing. The Content element is bottom level. It is empty. No access to posts, post image, post header, post content nor anything like that

The site is http://canomartinezdevelasco.com and ii is a Wordpress theme and I would like the content items to display. Thank you
